Amadeus Consulting Announces the Release of iStitches Volume 2
Amadeus Consulting announces the release of iStitches Volume 2 on the Apple App Store, the second volume of helpful needlepoint stitches and diagrams from creator Ruth Schmuff.
- (1888PressRelease) September 17, 2010 - Amadeus Consulting, a mobile application development company, announced the release of iStitches Volume Two on the Apple® App Store, Monday, September 13, 2010. In this new volume there are 300 additional stitches for needlepoint or any type of needlework. The app is compatible with the iPhone™ and iPod Touch™.
After the success of launching Volume 1, Ruth Schmuff, creator of iStitches, asked Amadeus Consulting to create and release Volume 2, for the iPhone. The iStitches Volume 2 iPhone app is based on Ruth's iStitches Volume 2 book and includes additional needlepoint stitches with needlepoint diagrams presented alphabetically and by stitch type. With both volumes, Ruth wanted to make needlepoint stitches and diagrams easily accessible and portable for the needlepoint enthusiasts. She believed it was possible to offer a high tech alternative to books and magazines for the needlepoint user on the go. Ruth said, "Because my background is in graphic arts, it has always allowed me to stay on top of technology and recognize new opportunities for bringing the two [technology and design] together. It fuels my passion for needlepoint when I can introduce audiences in a new medium."
