    David Hussman owns and leads DevJam, coaching and producing products with companies of all sizes around the world. His coaching style is non-dogmatic, challenging and pragmatic. David's maps tools to contextual needs in a way that seeds self-discovery and avoids the expert trap of simply telling people what they "should do". His newest publication is Cutting an Agile Groove, a series of instructional videos that cover topics such as coaching, product design and planning to learn. David was given the 2009 Gordon Pask Award for his coaching contributions to the Agile Community at large.

    Diana Larsen sparks the creation of workplaces where productive teams display resilience in times of change and focus on frequent delivery of high value software their customers want and use. Drawing on over 15 years of experience working with technical professionals, Diana leads system-wide groups in collaborative thinking and planning, as well as guiding teams through project kick-offs, chartering and retrospectives. Diana co-authored Agile Retrospectives: Making Good Teams Great! and posts at her blog, "Partnerships & Possibilities". Diana discovers solutions and possibilities where others find only barriers and obstacles.

    Valerie Morris is a ScrumMaster and Agile coach. With over 20 years of experience in software development as an analyst and project manager, she has depth of experience in the telecommunications and financial services industries. She is passionate about collaborating with clients and helping them achieve their goals.
    As a change agent, Valerie is skilled in helping large companies adopt Agile and scale it throughout the enterprise. She is certified as both a Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) and Project Management Professional (PMP), and also holds Six Sigma Green Belt.

    Scott Dunn is an Agile Coach with BigVisible. He is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST) and ScrumMaster (CSM) with more than 15 years of experience in management, project management (PMP), engagement management, and software development (MCSD).
