  • Fort Lauderdale, FL (1888PressRelease) July 10, 2013 - Youfit Health Clubs, a rapidly-growing national chain, has announced the unveiling of its new website (www.youfithealthclubs.com).

The new site has an attractive look, improved navigation features, easier "Join" format, a new online store, newsletter sign-up, social media integration, and new individual pages for each club - each with its own unique photos and videos.

Each club also now has its own Facebook page (displayed on the club-specific website page) where customers can "follow" their club of choice, and find information on special events and news. They can also check-in their location through the Facebook GPS function, to let their friends know they're getting their workout on!

"We wanted to create a new site that conveyed the excitement of our growth around the country," says Rick Berks, Founder/President of Youfit Health Clubs. "We wanted to make it striking to look at, and easy to use. And I think we've succeeded - it's a very user-friendly website."

Berks started out in 2008 with a concept that's very different from most of the companies in this field. There are no long-term contracts (you pay by the month). No intimidating bodybuilders or gym rats (the clubs aren't designed for them). No singles scenes. No pressure to join - because there are no salespeople. No pushy instructors. And no carbon footprint. In fact, these may be the "greenest" gyms in America - the floors, for example, are made of recycled tires or Nike "grind" (recycled sneakers!).

In addition, the prices are extremely low for first-class clubs with state-of-the-art - and American-made - equipment.

Berks' new concept is working. He now has 57 clubs in Florida, Georgia, California, and Arizona, and will soon be opening in Tennessee. And he's scouting out additional sites all over the country.

"Our concept is unique in this field," Rick Berks says. "And it's only right that our website be just as unique. It'll help make it easier than ever for people to get in shape, and stay in shape."
