Before joining the Xennix Team, Mr. Winder worked for a major utility company in the Bahamas and has almost 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Mr. Winder holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology; a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Network and Communications Management. He is also a Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

With Mr. Winder's knowledge of technology and practical business experience, he will help Xennix to provide complete business based technology solutions that are backed by certifications and partnerships.
