Wisconsin Businessman Obtains Oed Certification
Businessman Dave Kaster, from Green Bay, WI, has obtained certification as a small business adviser through the Organization for Entrepreneurial Development. He will serve small businesses in Northeast Wisconsin.

Mr. Kaster's mission will be expanding the Organization's presence in Brown and Outagamie counties.
