    Event Synopsis:
Price fixing, output restriction, and bid rigging are three of the most common forms of cartels and anti-competitive agreements that businesses do to manipulate competition in the market. Though illegal, competitors often use such tactics to control prices and restrict supplies to their advantage.

Over the years, governments around the globe have vigorously fought these illegal activities and have put investigations on top of their priorities. By imposing stricter punishments and heavier fines to violators, antitrust enforcement and cartel regulation have continuously been leveraged.

They will provide an in-depth discussion of cartels and anti-competitive agreements in 2018 and beyond.
