(1888PressRelease) May 31, 2013 - The band of Von Dalia comprises of Sylvain Viau on Bass, guitarist Gabriel Aseelien, the drummer Peter Colontonio, the back vocals and violin Jenrissa Michelle and Gypsy Electric Violinist Youri Slovak. The band is set to participate in the Emergenza Fest and get a chance to win their trip to Germany with all their expenses already paid to perform live at the biggest music festival in Europe, Emergenza. the band is from Montreal and has performed at many other live concerts and shows.

Von Dalia and her band were created by Dalia Marom, a singer, a song writer along with a famous actress who worked in theatres during her early childhood. She was born in Montreal, Quebec with Polish, German and Israeli base. She is a descendant of the Von Somnitz family. Dalia reclaims her Von title after it was taken mysteriously away from her ancestors about a century ago.

The band is well- known for their famous song Gypsy Soul produced by Juno Award winning musician Gary Mackenzie and Nick Hynes. Her band has sung and composed some of the hottest numbers. Though, the band members other than Von Dalia are not permanent. Von Dalia has been a professional actress and Concordia University Theatre graduate with so many films, commercials and TV shows added to her credit. She has been seen in movies like Steve Carell's Get Smart.

The new song from the band, Redemption is already topping the charts.

The band seriously appeals to the people to help them win at the Olympia for the Canadian finale of Emergenza. If they win it here, they will perform in front of 30,000 people in Germany. The band has performed its best at the Emergenza Festival Montreal. The band is expected to perform it live in Montreal and therefore, they appeal to the people to help them win it. Participating in Emergenza was the biggest dream for the band. The other members of the band are also active participants and have helped the Von Dalia reach at this stage of the fest.

It will be really interesting to the see the band competing with the other participants. However, the band still keeps its fingers crossed and hopes for the best!
