Combining a rugged structural design with a powerful dual-layer screening host, the VSD60175 is the latest addition to Vertex’s expanding portfolio of advanced mobile processing solutions for quarrying, mining, construction, and recycling applications.
Engineered for Tough Conditions
The I-shaped heavy-duty chassis is crafted from Q355B low-alloy high-strength steel, delivering a yield strength of up to 355 MPa. This robust frame offers unmatched stability and safety, making it ideal for heavy-load operations in challenging environments.
At the core of the machine is a circular vibrating screen system with a customizable two-layer setup. The first screen layer features grate bars supported by round steel, offering superior impact resistance. The second layer can be tailored according to user requirements, ensuring optimal separation efficiency.
Reliable Components, Precision Performance
Hopper System: Built with a high-strength chain plate feeder and wear-resistant steel, the hopper ensures reliable material handling even under extreme loads.
Walking Track: Equipped with Qingdao Global conveyor belts (10 mm thick, 15 mm pattern depth) and Danfoss hydraulic motors, the track system provides excellent durability and smooth operation.
Finished Material Conveyor: Also powered by Qingdao Global components and Danfoss motors, the output conveyor is designed for long-term wear resistance, ensuring stable product discharge.
Compact Yet Powerful
Despite its heavy-duty capabilities, the VSD60175 is engineered with mobility in mind. With a transport length of 18.9 meters, width of 3.7 meters, and height of just 3.8 meters, the unit can be easily relocated between worksites, allowing operators to maximize uptime and flexibility.
