Vertex Crusher Unveils VCJ1070x760: A Next-Generation Mobile Jaw Crusher for High-Demand Field Operations

Vertex Crusher introduces the VCJ1070x760, a high-performance mobile jaw crusher designed for demanding field operations. Featuring a JW42 jaw system, powerful engine, advanced feeding and discharge units, and crawler mobility, it ensures reliable, efficient on-site material processing.
- (1888PressRelease) June 10, 2025 - Vertex Crusher has officially announced the launch of its newest mobile jaw crushing unit, the VCJ1070x760, engineered to meet rising industry demands for high-performance, field-adaptable crushing solutions across mining, construction, and aggregate sectors.
The VCJ1070x760 integrates robust engineering and flexible design into a compact footprint, allowing efficient material processing on-site, even under the most demanding environmental conditions. Designed with mobility and durability in mind, the unit aims to enhance productivity, safety, and energy efficiency for field operations worldwide.
At the center of the system is the Vertex JW42 jaw crusher, equipped with a wedge locking system for quick jaw plate changes. The design supports both fixed and movable jaw plates and delivers consistent crushing force across varying feed sizes.
Material enters through an 8m³ capacity receiving hopper with a 4.75-meter feeding height. The hopper is hydraulically foldable for easier transport and features automatic frequency conversion feeding with wear-resistant steel plate lining, enhancing performance and reliability.
The VCJ1070x760 is powered by a 179 kW QSB9-C210 engine, compliant with National III emission standards, providing robust drive power to the full crushing and conveying system. Supporting mobility, the machine is built on a prefabricated crawler track chassis imported from the UK. The system uses a 75-ton heavy-duty track with low deviation rate and strong climbing ability, offering improved stability and maneuverability.
To manage material discharge, the VCJ1070x760 includes a 1200 mm wide finished belt conveyor capable of 20° unloading and stacking up to 3.4 meters in height. A side belt conveyor (optional) is also available, featuring an 860 mm width and 12° discharge angle. Both conveyors operate with low-position lubrication to minimize maintenance.
An integrated 800 mm iron remover with permanent magnet technology ensures efficient removal of ferrous contaminants, featuring self-unloading functionality and standard lubrication systems.
Operational control is provided by a walking control cabinet, which includes both manual and automatic start options, one-button diesel engine ignition, IP55-level protection, and a pressure dust removal system to maintain environmental compliance and operator safety.
The heavy-duty “I”-shaped frame complies with national emissions and structural standards, ensuring both environmental responsibility and equipment longevity.
With a transport-friendly dimension of 15.6 meters in length and 7.8 meters in width, and a height of just 4.7 meters, the VCJ1070x760 is designed for easy relocation between job sites while retaining the full capabilities of a stationary crusher.
