- (1888PressRelease) May 29, 2025 - Vertex Bergbaumaschinen has officially launched the newly upgraded VCJ1060x700E Mobile Jaw Crusher, designed to offer greater durability, smarter control, and enhanced site efficiency for demanding on-site crushing tasks.
Built on the reliable foundation of the original VCJ1060x700, this latest model brings a robust set of upgrades, optimizing both mobility and performance. Featuring a refined crawler chassis imported from the UK, the new frame is engineered with heavy-duty I-beam structures and a load-bearing flange up to 20mm thick, significantly improving stability and climbing capability across rugged terrain.
The engine unit combines a high-efficiency Volvo engine with a Stamford generator, powered by a Rexroth plunger pump and proportional valve system from Germany, meeting National III emission standards while ensuring low-fuel, high-output operations.
Key components include:
Crusher Unit: Equipped with an advanced jaw crusher system, the VCJ1060x700E maintains consistent crushing performance and long wear life.
Electric Control Cabinet: Featuring IP55 protection, vibration isolation, and dual power switching with ABB support, plus both wired and wireless remote control.
Feeding System: A high-strength vibrating feeder with full pre-screening ensures reliable material delivery and reduced wear on key components.
Finished Product Conveyor: With a 1000mm-wide belt and max discharge height of 3.4m, the conveyor is built for consistent material flow and easy discharge.
Iron Material Separator: Includes an 800mm magnetic separator with self-unloading capability, improving product purity.
While the updated model shows a slight reduction in processing capacity (from 150–550 t/h to 130–500 t/h) and machine weight (from 52 tons to 47 tons), these refinements reflect a smarter, more energy-efficient system rather than performance loss—achieving optimal output with leaner design.
