Optimized for Harsh Working Conditions
At the core of the VCSHD5015H is a high-strength chain plate feeder, engineered with wear-resistant steel plates known for their exceptional toughness and impact resistance. The system is optimized to withstand high-load complex environments, ensuring continuous and reliable material flow under the most challenging conditions.
Advanced Dual-Layer Screening Technology
The screening host features a circular vibrating screen equipped with two screening layers that efficiently sort materials into three particle sizes. The top layer incorporates grate bars supported by reinforced steel, delivering excellent shock absorption, while the bottom screen can be customized to suit project-specific requirements. This setup improves screening accuracy and reduces maintenance interruptions.
Reliable Finished Material Handling
The finished material conveyor is fitted with a Qingdao Global brand belt, known for long-term reliability. With a 10mm belt thickness and an additional 15mm wear-resistant pattern, it ensures stable operation even during intensive use. The conveyor is powered by a hydraulic motor from Danfoss, Denmark, providing responsive and consistent delivery of screened materials.
Rugged Undercarriage with Precision Control
The walking track system shares the same high-quality conveyor belt configuration as the finished material conveyor, powered by Danfoss hydraulic motors for synchronized movement. This guarantees excellent mobility and precision positioning, even on uneven or remote job sites.
Reinforced Structural Integrity
The extra-heavy-duty back frame is constructed using an "I-shaped" high-strength structure, fabricated with Q355B low-alloy structural steel. With a yield strength of 355 MPa, this frame design offers outstanding safety and load-bearing capacity, making it ideal for high-intensity operations and prolonged usage.
Compact Footprint with Full-Site Efficiency
Despite its industrial capabilities, the VCSHD5015H maintains a manageable footprint with dimensions of 18.9 meters in length and approximately 3.7 to 3.8 meters in width, streamlining transportation and on-site integration.
