The services include personal coaching services, learning-to-learn services and developmental coaching services. Each service offers a unique component.
Personal coaching services use experiential and transformational learning with specialized techniques on focused attention and deliberately putting tools into practice to help individuals grow in their personal or professional life.
Learning-to-learn services take the combination of knowledge and skill development through real-world testing and experimentation to assist individuals in their professional and personal lives. Learning-to-learn is completed via a series of workshops, programs and conversations. In this way, clients turn the knowledge they have and the new knowledge they are developing into the mindsets and skill sets they need.
Developmental coaching services use three developmental dialogues over the course of five weeks. The three conversations are designed to help clients identify the aspects of the individual’s current worldview and how it is associated with a personal belief system. The series develops sophistication to help clients view the world on a more complex level.
