Bull at the American Tobacco Complex in Durham. The cooking demonstration was hosted by Mitchell as a preview to the introduction of his turkey barbecue that will be served at the 2011 Big Apple Barbecue Block Party (BABBP) in New York. Mitchell's turkey barbecue will be the first non-pork or beef barbecue to ever be served at the annual New York event, which takes place in Madison Square Park from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. June 11 and 12. The Pitmaster uses Butterball® Whole Turkey to make his turkey barbecue that is roasted and sauced in the tradition of the great pitmasters of North Carolina.
