The People Behind the Keys: The Carbon Key Collective Introduces the Leadership Team Running Its Collector-Car Business
A founder-led specialist in significant automobiles names the leaders behind its acquisitions, sales, auctions and logistics, and explains why its clients deal with people they know by name.
- Bergen-Passaic, NJ (1888PressRelease) November 03, 2026 - The Carbon Key Collective, which serves buyers and owners of collector and exotic cars in the U.S. and abroad, today introduced the leadership team responsible for its acquisitions, sales, auctions, logistics and client care.
Founder and chief executive Ibrahim Asif leads the company together with Awais Ullah, co-founder, chief operating officer and chief financial officer. They are joined by Dan DeCesra, general manager and head of business development; Cade Kramer, head of auctions; Alexander Arrici, director of logistics; and Zander Axberg, general sales manager and head of marketing. Acquisition specialists, a market research analyst, a sales team and consultants based overseas make up the wider group.
"I didn't want a company where a client meets one charming person and then disappears into a machine," Asif said. "Every name on that list answers their own phone. If somebody trusts us with a car it took them years to find, they deserve to know exactly who's looking after it."
Ullah oversees the firm's operations and finances. "Trust is won or lost in the work clients never see: whether the escrow instructions are right, whether the carrier turns up on the day it promised, whether the documents are finished before anyone asks for them," Ullah said. "My job is to make the unglamorous parts flawless."
The structure follows how the firm operates. Each client keeps one relationship, supported by specialists in sourcing, pricing, auctions, transport and ongoing ownership. Behind the team, the company is writing its own tools for pricing rare cars, keeping client records and planning shipments. A flagship in Wayne, New Jersey, is in progress.
