The Legend Of King Kong: New Documentary On The Beast Coming Soon!
Director Tom Grove reunites a cast of Kong's enthusiasts for his documentary "The legend of King Kong"
- (1888PressRelease) May 14, 2021 - Young director Tom Grove is shooting a documentary on the history of King Kong from its creation in 1933 to today's versions, bringing together a cast of Kong enthusiasts including Jack Polito, John Baker, Merian Cooper's nephew and Jordan Tate the screenwriter behind the upcoming Merian Cooper biopic The Adventurer. Titled The Legend of King Kong the 1H20 documentary will be released on worldwide platforms in November 2021.
The film will highlight the importance and impact Kong has had on several generations of filmmakers, writers and artists, and will also feature a brand new score by composer Christian Jessup.
