Kadie will be responsible for managing Switchgear's Engineering Department, strategizing and implementing practices and procedures to continue the success of the Engineering Division.
Mrs. Griffin will report to Chief Operations Officer, Brent Fields. "Kadie has continued to provide the highest quality service to our clients while modeling the qualities of a leader in our office. With her outstanding leadership skills and industry knowledge, we are excited to announce the promotion of Kadie Griffin to Division Director of Engineering."
