Studio 27 Talent Expands Class Roster as Acting Studio Grows
The Southeast’s premiere talent development studio is expanding its class roster to accommodate its growing group of kids, teens, and adult actors.
- Atlanta, GA (1888PressRelease) June 06, 2018 - Studio 27, an acting and talent development studio based in Tyrone, GA, just outside of Peachtree City and Atlanta, has been gradually expanding its class roster to accommodate and scale growth in the Southeast. With the influx of talent and crew coming in from Los Angeles and New York City in recent years, Atlanta has seen an unprecedented boone in its film industry, leading to increasing competition in the field. Out of this growth was born a need for more talent development studios - hence, Studio 27’s influx of new students, with ages ranging from 5 years old and up! Classes being added to the Studio 27 schedule include additional on-camera acting classes, improv classes, and short film/demo reel classes.
The coaches at Studio 27 are experts in film, theatre, improv, combat and clowning, voice, movement, and so much more. Our teachers have trained at schools like Juilliard, The Groundlings in Los Angeles, Upright Citizens Brigade (UCB), Dad’s Garage, Second City Improv and many more. Several of our coaches are working on post graduate degrees or have earned their Masters, and/or have appeared on Broadway.
Our students have appeared in shows like: The Walking Dead; Vampire Diaries; 15:17 Paris; Stranger Things; Miracles From Heaven and on commercials for the likes of Home Depot, Rooms To Go, and Spotify, and have appeared in Broadway productions like The Lion King.
What makes Studio 27 different from other talent development studios in the surrounding Atlanta area is not the caliber of the coaches or the talent of the students - what makes our studio different is that we go the extra mile to ensuring our talent gets individual attention from our professional coaches, a trait often lacking in the entertainment industry. Whether it is staying up until 11pm to find the perfect script for our students or implementing the first-of-its-kind actors’ showcase in Tyrone, Studio 27 is committed to helping produce the most well-rounded, versatile actors in Georgia - and beyond.
