    Founded in 1975 by the Dallas Regional Chamber, the program's goals include identifying and educating emerging community leaders in order to understand and address the challenges and opportunities affecting the greater Dallas area. During the 10-month program, participants receive in-depth education on topics that include criminal justice, education, government, health care and human services, as well as a history of the Dallas community.

    A former federal prosecutor, Ms. Nealy Cox previously served as the Computer Crimes and Intellectual Property Coordinator for the U.S. Attorney's Office, Northern District of Texas - Dallas Division. She led major cybercrime prosecutions across the United States, and handled numerous complex white-collar fraud, public corruption, intellectual property theft, and child-exploitation cases. During her career with the Department of Justice, Ms. Nealy Cox also served as chief of staff and senior counsel for the Office of Legal Policy at Main Justice in Washington, D.C.
