Spread Wellness Campaign Focused on Hand Hygiene Comes to Denver

The campaign, titled Spread Wellness, is aimed at motivating people to wash and dry their hands when away from home. The campaign also encourages everyone to be a Spread Wellness ambassador by sharing the importance of hand hygiene practices wherever they go.

    Georgia-Pacific Professional will reach out to people of all ages in Denver to encourage proper hand washing practices. The following events are planned for September 28 - 30:

    • Hygiene Kit Giveaways: On Sept. 30, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., Spread Wellness ambassadors will be handing out hygiene kits on the 16th Street Mall. These include Spread Wellness Wristbands, hand sanitizer and a card on how to keep hands clean.
    • Sanitizer Donations: Georgia-Pacific Professional is donating hand sanitizer and sanitizer stands to various locations throughout Denver, including schools, libraries and Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children at P/SL.
    • Clean Hands for Schools: Mo, Georgia-Pacific Professional VP of Hygiene and Chairman of Cool, is traveling to various schools in Denver to conduct hand-washing lessons with students and teachers during class. Robed in jiu-jitsu attire, Mo will visit classrooms to teach students the steps of proper hand washing.
