Speaker Application Deadline Extended for the 2014 Beyond Safety Conference
Beyond Safety Conference & Expo extends deadline for presenter applications to October 31st.
- Chicago, IL (1888PressRelease) October 08, 2013 - Due to the overwhelming response from their first call for presenters, the Beyond Safety Conference & Expo has chosen to extend their deadline for presenter applications to October 31st.
The upcoming Beyond Safety Conference, which will take place on February 11th and 12th, 2014, brings together over 600 safety professionals to participate in two days of educational sessions, panels, and the latest in safety technology. The event is presented by the Northwest Indiana Business Roundtable (NWIBRT) and the America Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE), and attendees are able to earn Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) for a variety of educational sessions offered. Past Beyond Safety events have featured big-name speakers from local companies such as BP and CINTAS and associations such as the Construction Advancement Foundation (CAF) and OSHA.
"We've been blown away by the number of presenter applications we've received so far, and we've extended the deadline to allow for a greater variety in presenters and topics," said Andrea Pearman, Executive Director of NWIBRT. "Beyond Safety isn't just about construction safety. It's about worksite safety, preventative care, and insuring that your workers are protected-no matter what industry they're in."
