  • (1888PressRelease) July 27, 2010 - Los Angeles, CA- The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences recently announced that one of Hollywood's most notable costume designers, Soyon An, would be receiving another Emmy (An also took an Emmy home in 2009 for "So You Think You Can Dance") for her season six work in the category of "Outstanding Costumes For A Variety or Music Program and Individual Achievement" on the popular Fox television show "So You Think You Can Dance."

    Bringing home an Emmy for the second year in a row, Soyon An is slated to become one of the top costume designers in the entertainment industry. She shares, "I am so honored to receive an award from the Academy for the second time. This is not the end, just another part of my journey. I plan to work harder and keep doing what I love to the best of my creative and artistic ability."

    Be it in music, TV and film, from past experience with names like Jennifer Lopez, Sean Kingston, Adam Lambert and Pink, Soyon has paved the way for great success in fashion. She recently wrapped up designing for Carrie Underwood's PLAY ON tour, styles for Jay Leno's band on THE TONIGHT SHOW, and she has accepted a position as the fashion editor for JIMON MAGAZINE.
