  • Orlando, FL (1888PressRelease) June 08, 2011 - Set against the first missile-against-missile war in history is a tale of espionage and international intrigue that targets the development of the U.S. PATRIOT missile, the infiltration of which would have devastating consequences to the national security of the United States, Israel, and the outcome of the Gulf War. Master Switch, originally released in 1996, has now been re-released by Signalman Publishing as a Kindle edition, nook edition, as well as an iBook available for the iPad through the Apple iBookstore.

In "Master Switch," we follow Brigadier General Jeff Weyland as he leads the Army's PATRIOT missile development program, fighting against the politics and vested interests that come along with any major Defense Department weapons system development. This program, however, is different. There is something wrong here when a test firing fails-and it goes beyond a simple technical failure. A series of investigations are then set in motion and Jeff Weyland begins a journey that no one could expect.

"Master Switch" is a fast-paced techno-thriller that weaves in the flawed human motivations and weaknesses that could bring down a war effort.

"Master Switch" (ISBN: 978-1-935991-09-0, $6.99, Fiction/War & Espionage) from indie book publisher Signalman, is distributed through Amazon, Barnes & Noble.com, and the Apple iBookstore.
