    The Reality of FASHION The Reality of AIDS first annual event was held on February 9thAltman Building, will now be taking place during New York's larger Fashion Week the evening of September 4thCouture gowns by designer Dominique Auxilly. Names that graced the runway included Janice Dickinson of Americas Next Top Model, Deena Cortese of Jersey Shore, Drita D'avanzo and Ramona Rizzo of Mob Wives, Michelle Money of The Bachelor, Lil Kim who appeared on Dancing with the Stars, Brittany Brower, Karlie Redd of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, and many others. For 2014 a new line up of stars made up of both male and female celebrities will be presented to walk the runway. Designers for the show have yet to be named.

The event took place for the first time during New York City Fashion Week on February 9, 2013 where reality stars from the most popular reality shows walked the runway to raise awareness and money towards the fight against AIDS. This philanthropic fashion event focused on the 300,000 individuals in the U.S alone who are infected with AIDS and do not know it and the importance of getting tested. All funds raised go to a local AIDS charity of choice.
