Saudization House signs strategic partnership agreement with SCOPI

  • Albany-Schenectady-Troy, NY (1888PressRelease) June 02, 2011 - As per the agreement, signed by Saudization House CEO, Dr. Tarrad al Omari and his counterpart in SCOPI, Eng. Nidal Bitar, the later will employ a chief operation consultant in Riyadh for the Saudization House, and employ a host of consultants to work on reviewing and executing the employment strategies of Saudis in Riyadh.

    In his statement, Dr. Omari said, "Jordan possesses invaluable capabilities that the gulf countries need, exemplified in its soft power that has been accumulated during the last decade or two, gathering the oriental experience with the western knowledge. This added value for gulf countries needs to be invested properly, positively, and fast. This is the main reason for us, for choosing SCOPI to develop our business at Saudization House."

    He added, "Saudization House strategies at this stage are based on the interest of KSA's king for turning's government wheel of development in employing the Saudi qualified youth in the private sector. As such, it was important for us to attract experiences to implement the best international practices in the field of human resources development to employ capabilities that can work, produce, and contribute to lowering the percent of unemployment amongst Saudi youth."

    From his side, Eng. Nidal Bitar welcomed the partnership between SCOPI and the Saudization House, considered one of the largest, leading Arab enterprises in human resources development and investment in the human capital.
    Bitar commented that signing this agreement came in line with the center's endeavors to conquer new horizons, and its interest in employing its technical experiences to serve the Arabian markets, providing them with the necessary capabilities.

    Bitar confirmed SCOPI's readiness to assume the responsibilities of offering consultation regarding running the Saudization House in Riyadh, and offer its capabilities for training and qualifying of Saudi youth to enroll in the market, in addition to its main tasks specified in managing the house's operations and projects, policy review, and execution supervision, follow up, evaluation, and offer all necessary support for the Saudization house.
