    The new Sombrero Mexican Food, right outside of St. Louis, will be a traditional quick-service restaurant and drive-thru, located at 1491 Mexico Loop Rd. (E).

    The O'Fallon Sombrero Mexican Food is opening in a suburban neighborhood, surrounded by community staples, such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot and Lowes.

    John Barnett, Owner and Franchisee of the O'Fallon Sombrero Mexican Food, has over nine years of experience as a restaurateur, with fondue restaurant The Melting Pot, in the St. Louis area.

    "The community has been anticipating the opening of our Sombrero Mexican Food location since we took over the old Del Taco and began construction," said Barnett. "We have everyone talking about french fries in a burrito - that alone has this town eager for the San Diego-style Mexican food."

    Sombrero locations typically open early for breakfast and close late, with many locations offering 24 hour drive-thru service, featuring fresh Choice Angus meats, top quality cheeses, a completely trans-fat & lard free menu, as well as many healthy ordering options.
