    Abstract
The antitrust law landscape is expected to be significantly altered under the new administration, particularly in light of the changes in the business landscape due to COVID-19. Among the key factors that companies must be aware of include changes to the focus of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) approach in combating consolidation and monopoly power, most notably in the area of high tech antitrust. Furthermore, the proposed heightened enforcement actions in the current antitrust policy on a wider range of industries and business activities must be also carefully considered.

While these and other anticipated changes are still taking time to roll out, companies and their counsel must be vigilant in keeping track of the emerging antitrust trends. They must be proactive in reviewing and updating their antitrust compliance programs to prevent any legal liabilities.
Join Robert Kneuper, Expert Economist and Expert Consultant at Infotech Consulting, as he provides the audience with an in-depth discussion of the current antitrust law landscape under the Biden administration. He will also offer practical tips and best antitrust compliance practices in mitigating legal risk exposure.

Some of the major topics that will be covered in this course are:
    ● Latest Antitrust Trends and Developments in:
    o Department of Justice (DOJ)
    o Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
    o Private Cases
    ● Impact of COVID on Businesses and Antitrust Enforcement
    ● Anticipated Legislative and Regulatory Changes Under the Biden Administration
    ● Notable Cases and Court Decisions
    ● An Outlook of What’s Ahead
