Lee will be responsible for driving RiseSmart’s U.S. and global customer success and service initiatives as the company continues to scale.

    Lee joins RiseSmart following 15 years of client success experience, and over 10 years of management experience across technology companies. As RiseSmart continues to lead the technology-enabled career transition services industry, Lee will build, support, and sustain customer programs for new and existing customers.

    Lee’s recent professional experience includes work with Gyft (acquired by First Data Crop), where she served as the company’s head of merchant and client services. While at Gyft, Lee managed hundreds of merchants on the leading digital gift card payments platform, and drove increased program value and process improvements. Prior to Gyft, Lee led a team of customer service managers at Ensighten, Inc., and was responsible for success and engagement with companies spanning the financial services, travel, retail, publishing, and technology industries. Lee also spent nearly a decade in client services and leadership roles at LiveOps, Inc.
