  • Newark, NJ (1888PressRelease) June 16, 2011 - Ripface Invasion announces the launch of their website www.ripfaceinvasion.com. Ripface Invasion is a coalition of veteran musicians from the New Jersey punk/hardcore scene from over the past 20 years. Even though they all lead separate lives, they managed to come together and do what they all love, play hard edge energy driven music.

Ripface Invasion displays their thrash punk/hardcore crossover in their own style through a variety of ways on the website. The site offers a summary of the band and a history of its members. Their distinctive style is not only portrayed through their music, but in artwork created specifically for the band. The website has links for social networking and merchandise to buy.

Ripface Invasion was formed in December of 2010 by Anthony (Red) Paladino. He is lead vocalist and occasionally plays second guitar. Red is the founding member and leader of Earache Records 1997 new chapter punk recording artist IDK, since their creation in 1990. To help mold the brutally energetic sound and attitude of Ripface Invasion, Red recruited experienced and motivated musicians from the New Jersey punk/hardcore scene. On the site, you can view the band biography with pictures of each member.

On the website Ripface Invasion songs will stream, so visitors of the site could hear the new sound. The latest press releases and news will be featured on the home page. There is a mailing list, so fans could submit their email address to get updates on the latest releases and live shows that come directly from the band.

The Ripface Invasion art gallery is up to view on the site, which features art work specifically created for the band. Many artists contributed, such as Joe Martino. "Being a fan of the ShadowFlame comics, I reached out to the creator, " Red said. Joe Martino is known for the ShadowFlame comic series that he created. He was enthused about the project, and also recommended other artists, who include Thomas Mason and Jeff Austin. Thomas Mason did colors for Marvel Comics titles, which included the X-Men. Jeff Austin worked on AC Comics titles, such as the FemForce.

Direct links to all of Ripface Invasion's social networking profiles, such as Facebook, MySpace, and StereoKiller could be accessed through the website. You could also buy the bands merchandise easily on the site through the Ripface store. Some items for sale include t-shirts and their recently released 7" record.
