Renowned Caterer Opens Hecter's Kitchen Restaurant

For more than 20 years, Bridge Catering has provided food and beverage services in Atlanta to hundreds of clients ranging from extravagant high-end affairs that feed hundreds of people to more simple, down-home food for intimate private dinners. Chef Hand is known for his celebrity-savvy, southern food and is regularly requested by VIP guests.

    Located at 17 Jesse Hill Jr. Dr., SE, Hecter’s Kitchen will have a rotating menu, along with a few mainstays such as Hecter’s Hamburger, chicken wings, salmon, and cinnamon rolls. The restaurant will be open Monday through Saturday from 8 am - 4 pm, making it the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch or to grab a to-go dinner.

    Chef Hand has already begun serving guests in the restaurant, allowing him to test the concept, while still maintaining an active catering business. There will be monthly theme nights such as Jazz, Female Impersonators and Black History, amongst many others. Hecter’s Kitchen’s official grand opening will be Friday, June 15.

    Hecter’s Kitchen and Bridge Catering are both owned and operated by Chef Hand. While they play off each other, there are two distinct areas to the business:
    • Hecter’s Kitchen – Utilizing Hand’s skills as a 5-star chef, he is bringing fine dining at an affordable cost into the area. Takeout is available for elegant corporate lunches.
    • Bridge Catering – Recognized for providing Atlanta’s best catering services for wedding receptions, corporate events including lunch meetings (more than 10 meals), birthday parties, cocktail receptions, church functions, and more.

    With more than 25 years of culinary experience, Chef Hand has developed a long list of dishes and recipes to satisfy any appetite.
