    Hichar joins Hinckley Allen from Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP where he was a partner. He has advised Fortune 1000 companies throughout the world on gaming regulatory matters including the structuring of joint ventures, government procurement processes, and corporate governance issues for casinos and providers of gaming systems and software service providers. Prior to joining then Edwards & Angell, Hichar served as Assistant General Counsel at GTECH Holding Corporation from 1990-2000.

    Hichar is a graduate of Yale University and received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
