(1888PressRelease) December 10, 2014 - PREMIER Biosoft, a next generation leader in bioinformatics, and Bruker Corporation (NASDAQ: BRKR) today announced that they have entered a reselling agreement pursuant to which Bruker will co-market and resell Premier's SimLipid and SimMet, high throughput informatics tools for lipid and metabolite data analysis.

Integration with Bruker's mass spectrometric workflows will enable new powerful ways for researchers to seamlessly generate, process, and analyze data. Bruker's instruments produce highly accurate broad spectrum data with excellent resolution. SimMet and SimLipid, coupled with Bruker's robust analysis platform, would facilitate automatic LC-MS and MS/MS data processing workflows and accurate identification and quantification of lipids and metabolites.
