    This will be the first year that conference attendees are able to receive credits from the priSM Institute® who recognizes those who lead and direct Service Management activities or who are committed to Service Management in their careers and studies.

    How does it work?
    priSM credential holders must submit a form to admin-americas ( @ ) theprisminstitute dot org and include the following information:
    1. Type of session
    a. Breakfast Club
    b. Keynote Session
    c. Track Session
    2. The session day and time
    3. The track or breakfast club session number
    The America's prism institute will be awarding the following CPD's for each session:

    1 CPD per Keynote session
    1 CPD per Breakfast session
    1 CPD per Track Session
    3 CPDs for the ½ Day Workshops on Wednesday

    The total CPDs available to earn for the conference is twenty (20). Given the large scale of the conference, is it imperative that each credentialed member keep accurate records of attendance for each session. Credential holders are responsible for ensuring that their attendance at the conference is properly tracked and submitted.
