Mr. Rugani is an experienced technology industry executive with an extensive background in management, sales and marketing, operations, research and development and mergers and acquisitions. With over 30 years of relevant experience Mr. Rugani has held senior leadership positions at some of the most recognizable enterprise software providers in the world.

    Most recently Mr. Rugani was at VMWare following its acquisition of Integrien, a leader in real time performance analytics. At Integrien Mr. Rugani was EVP Sales and World Wide Field Operations. Mr. Rugani was also CEO of Jupiter Management Consulting Group, a firm that assists early stage companies.

    Mr. Rugani was Vice President for the Americas at IBM, following IBM's acquisition of FileNet, a content and process management solution provider, in 2006 for $1.6B US. At FileNet, Mr. Rugani was Senior Vice President, Americas and Worldwide Channel Operations where he expanded the company's enterprise sales operation and helped manage the transition to IBM. Prior to IBM/FileNet, Mr. Rugani held senior executive positions at some of the most recognizable enterprise software providers in the world, including Oracle, Informix and Alta Vista.
