Aronson, a partner with Philadelphia union-side labor law firm Willig, Williams & Davidson, presented an employee relations seminar on Jan. 8, 2011, at a sold-out Executive Director Education Program course presented by the national Public Housing Authorities Directors Association (PHADA) and Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. The program, entitled "Personnel Management," familiarized executive directors with the principles of managing people and included topics such as utilizing performance appraisal systems, sound personnel policies and leading and motivating staff members. The course was offered in conjunction with PHADA's 2011 Commissioners' Conference in Phoenix, Ariz.

    The multi-credit, nationally recognized PHADA/Rutgers Executive Director Education Program (EDEP) taps experts from a variety of fields who, as part of a series of 10 courses, address the technical, managerial and strategic competencies required of successful executive directors.
