Pollins has joined the firm as of counsel. A member of the firm's employment law department, Pollins serves an advocate for working individuals who have suffered discrimination in the workplace, counseling and representing clients in matters relating to sexual harassment, discrimination, employment agreements, retaliation and whistleblower actions, wrongful termination and overtime and wage and hour concerns. A dedicated advocate for more than 15 years, Pollins takes pride in achieving positive results for his clients through both litigation and negotiation.

    Prior to joining Willig, Williams & Davidson, Pollins was the principal attorney of the Pollins Law Firm, with offices in Philadelphia and Media, Pa. Pollins represented clients throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland, concentrating his practice in employment law, employee benefits and personal injury matters. He began his career as an associate with White and Williams LLP in Philadelphia.

He is also a member of the American Bar Association Employment Rights and Responsibilities Committee, and provides pro bono legal assistance through Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. Pollins is a frequent lecturer for legal and other organizations, addressing employment law and personal injury matters.
