    VAM strives to promote the use of technology and to secure discounts for its members. Under this agreement, OnCell, a cell phone tour service provider, will offer institutional members of VAM a 25 percent discount on mobile technology services. OnCell and VAM will also work together to provide mobile technology solutions for future annual conferences and other events hosted by VAM.
