Serving as the lead for client services, Turner assumes responsibility for North Star's client experiences. As a North Star designer, Ruth concepts and delivers artistic designs for North Star's clients.

In her enhanced client service role, Turner, the Firm's Captain of Client Results, is the primary point person responsible for all of North Star's client accounts and client results. She oversees North Star's team of account managers, working to ensure consistent delivery of optimal client service.

"Jennifer has years of valuable experience and a tremendous head for processes and implementing the proper systems to ensure client efficiencies and results," said April Williams, President and Visionary of North Star Marketing. "This new capacity allows her the freedom to do what she excels at, while at the same time streamlining our account process to better serve our clients."

Turner joined North Star in 2006. Prior to coming on board, she worked at Bluestreak in Providence, Rhode Island, managing email and online sweepstakes, surveys, and referral programs for a client roster that included RentWay, Humana, and Baume & Mercier. Before that, she was Vice President and Director of e-Marketing at Right Coast Marketing in Middletown, RI, where she managed successful loyalty programs, direct mail, and online advertising for clients such as DSW, Quikbook and Travel Planners. As a North Star graphic designer and the Design Dynamo, Ruth is responsible for devising and producing visual solutions for the Firm's client communications needs. To do this, Ruth draws on both creative skills and commercial awareness, coupling imagination with current visual arts trends and the latest computer software.

"In working at North Star for just over a year, Daniel has exhibited tremendous creativity and succeeded in wowing our clients, advancing into a primary design role faster than we ever could have anticipated," Williams said. "His imagination and knowledge of the latest trends in visual arts and design software result in stellar, quality designs that continue to meet our clients' creative and business goals."

Before joining North Star as a junior designer, Ruth worked as a design assistant at Mayer Creative in Pawtucket, RI. There, he developed client brands, design packages, and corporate identity systems utilizing a range of design mediums, including web, print, and electronic communications.
