State Fair in the Exposition Center from Thursday, Oct. 13 through Sunday, Oct. 23. The NCVMA's 2012 exhibit will feature a new booth with a colorful display showing images of the many different types of veterinary medicine that are practiced in North Carolina. Members of the NCVMA will be at the exhibit to answer general pet care questions and will distribute literature on a variety of topics related to pet and animal health, including advice on how to select a pet, dog bite prevention, information about spaying and neutering, and more. The 144th N.C. State Fair will take place at the state fairgrounds, located at 1025 Blue Ridge Road.
