Kristina will be in charge of day to day operations, including the implementation of business practices that will generate a greater experience for current and future clients. She will oversee all departments, primarily focusing on improving internal procedures that will increase in-house organization. Kristina's presence will assist directly in achieving continued growth and development of NetGain.

Before Joining NetGain, Kristina spent 15 years in Human Resources, as an HR and Business Management professional. Her past experience involved organizational behaviour, human resources, and the development of business policies and internal structures. To be successful and continually grow as an organization, Kristina believes that it's necessary for employees to find balance between dedicated, hard work and having fun while doing it. Part of Kristina's role will involve determining ways in which this can be achieved, ensuring the team is working efficiently but in an enjoyable manner. In an effort to maintain such a balance, Kristina will begin by incorporating rewarding incentives that will motivate employees to reach specific goals. In doing so she hopes each challenge will bring the team together, boosting overall company morale.

On a fun note, Kristina is a die-hard Leafs fan, 80's music addict and has a small addiction to handbags, shoes and frogs.
