The core expertise of the centre would be to provide a bouquet of premium services that includes virtual customer engagement experience, virtual salesman for US corporates and custom specialized voice services for a wide range of business.

By 2020 our Kolkata centre will be able to offer employment to more than 200 highly qualified professionals specially trained for addressing requirements of US business for management and sales roles from our offshore office”.

Nature Technologies Pvt Ltd, had ventured into Customer Support Service in 2015 by setting up its 1st dedicated Customer Support Service centre in Delhi which currently employs more than 50 highly skilled trained employees.
