Ronnie Trahan Jr. began his career working for FMC Technologies, Inc. in 1990. Since that time, he has worked his way up field service manager, maintaining and exceeding the established financial objectives, monitoring and ensuring all controlled phases of projects are executed within clients' established milestones, quality, and budget specifications, interfacing and reporting to clients on contractual matters, reporting on performance of the project team to management and each client, and managing, supporting, and guiding project execution personnel to stay on track and within budget to meet all milestone targets of each project.
"I always utilize a hands-on leadership style to instill excellence throughout my group or team, primarily focusing on HSE, quality, cost efficient initiatives, and running sound compliance operations," Mr. Trahan said. "It's a pleasure to know that I am continually gaining valuable experience and a reputation that only comes from hard work and dedication.
Hoping to continue filling in the gaps within the international arena, Mr. Trahan aspires to work with the company to standardize by promoting best practices, while grooming and mentoring junior oilfield managers to take place in the company that will result in more market share in the industry.
Mr. Trahan holds a BS in Business from the University of Wisconsin. He has received numerous accolades from senior management for consistency, providing excellent service and tactfully resolving sensitive issues. He looks forward to many more years in the industry.
