National Association of Distinguished Professionals Selects Carl Dean as a Professional Member of the Executive and Professional Online Registry

- Kansas City, MO-KS (1888PressRelease) October 22, 2014 - Carl Dean, Vice-President of Sales and Acquisitions and Managing Director of American Real Estate Investments, has been selected as a Professional of the Year Member of the National Association of Distinguished Professionals.
Carl Dean began his career while he was in college. Working alongside his father in construction as a teenager, he learned the basic concepts of business, which led to the developing his own construction company. Flipping homes for investors, Mr. Dean grew his business to several skilled labor crews. Deciding that it was time to come up with a longtime career objective, he obtained his real estate license to get a better understanding of the sales side of the process of flipping homes. Soon after he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and obtained his broker's license. He then partnered with several investors to start purchasing, renovating, and selling homes in Michigan. He was 26-years-old at the time.
As vice-president of sales and marketing for American Real Estate Investments, Mr. Dean oversees an array of leadership based on operations management that coincide with building of the company's presence. He works to build lasting relationships with large institutional clients and sales channel managers, trains and manages the dispositions teams, and creates marketing strategies to obtain new clients. He also hosts informational market expert webinars and shoots brief videos to sell their software products and books. But his most important responsibility is juggling available inventory (single family rental homes) amongst their client base to maximize capital and minimize hold time.
"My expertise in running a property management company in some of the lower income markets has given me the best possible 'learn as you go' experience one could have and helps me prepare my team for any and all situations pertaining to tenant relations and security of investments," Mr. Dean explained. "My success, without a doubt, is driven by my real life experience."
Ever since he was young, Mr. Dean was always had a passion for fixing up distressed homes and making them beautiful again. Coming from a lower, middle class family, he is grateful for being blessed to be living his dream doing something he loves. To pay it forward, he has founded a non-profit organization, called Right Way Foundation, in Michigan, raising money to help rebuild the local Macomb County Animal Shelter. He hopes to start a second non-profit in the near future, that will focus on troubled youth.
