Nashville Based Awards Show Celebrates 14th Year
Well known indie music awards shows and conference prepares for 14th Annual Weekend in Tunica.
- Nashville, TN (1888PressRelease) November 30, 2016 - The Southern Entertainment Awards Conference is set to celebrate their fourteenth year in April 2017 with a 3-day conference, awards show and event packed weekend. Based in Nashville, TN, the indie music awards show, affectionately dubbed the S.E.A.s, is a well-known event that showcases talent, vendors and professionals in the independent music industry.
"Our goal with the SEAs is to give indie artists a platform and opportunity to push their music, network with other professionals and increase their buzz. Mainstream shows tend to forget the indie artists that are doing something amazing…and we push to recognize everyone that we can", says DJ Infamous, founder of the SEAs.
April's event, held at Resorts Casino in Tunica, Mississippi, will feature a fashion show, educational panels and sessions, an awards show and several onsite events and parties. Entering its fourteenth year, the SEAs strive to be a well-known and respected venue and channel that gives independent artists all around the globe a platform to be heard on evolving from its original desire to be an outlet used to acknowledge the accomplishments and influence of the Djs primarily in the South.
