Vitacca uses Castries Peanut Rum Cream to create these imaginative and flavorful peanut libations! According to Vitacca, Montrio Bistro is the only restaurant on the Monterey Peninsula using Castries to create cocktails.

    Stop by in March and get a little nutty with Vitacca's libations! The first creation is called The Peanut Butter Cup and is made with Castries Peanut Rum Cream, Godiva Dark Chocolate Liqueur and Stolichnaya Vanilla Vodka served in a cocktail glass with chocolate syrup on the bottom and a mini-peanut butter cup garnish.

    Another peanutty libation from Vitacca is the Nutty Frenchman made with Castries Peanut Rum Cream, Remy Martin and Coffee topped with fresh whipped cream and nutmeg!
