    Melanie Black Dubis, a partner at Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, handles commercial disputes for clients in North Carolina state and federal courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and arbitration proceedings. Dubis leads the firm's Antitrust and Business Torts practice group. A Phi Beta Kappa, Dubis was a John W.
