MBAF Welcomes Alfredo De Zayas to Tax and Accounting Department
De Zayas holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami and a Master of Tax from Florida International University. De Zayas's previous client base included real estate developers and contractors, shipping, wholesale, retails, telecommunications, export and import, financial services, professionals, televisions stations, agriculture and poultry businesses, among others.
- (1888PressRelease) October 02, 2011 - MIAMI - Morrison, Brown, Argiz & Farra, LLC (MBAF) further expanded its tax capabilities by hiring Alfredo J. De Zayas, CPA, as director in the Tax and Accounting Department.
Before joining MBAF, De Zayas's previous client base included real estate developers and contractors, shipping, wholesale, retails, telecommunications, export and import, financial services, professionals, televisions stations, agriculture and poultry businesses, among others.
As director, he will focus on international tax and compliance, estate and gift tax and federal income. De Zayas's expertise includes international taxation and issues that arise from international transactions, cross-border transfers, mergers and acquisitions, transfer pricing, voluntary disclosures, foreign investments in U.S. real property and businesses, as well as outbound transfers. The announcement was made by Miguel G. Farra, CPA, JD, Department Head, Tax and Accounting.
