Ashton brings her knowledge of supervision and construction management, quality assurance, contract administration, as well as an expertise with a multitude of policies and programs.
As the former Deputy Chief of Construction Division of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, Ashton made decisions regarding day-to-day operations in such areas as the allocation of manpower and funding resources to programs and projects. As Deputy Chief, Ashton exercised full and concurrent authority with the Chief in the planning, supervision management, direction, and review of all policies, projects and programs.
Throughout her career, Ashton has amassed an array of certifications, recognitions and honors.
