    The cozy and intimate tapas bar sits at the entrance of SANTI, which opened in May to rave reviews about the gastronomic food served. Dressed in rustic dark woods and accented by custom artwork 'graffiti' overlaying modern glass enclosures, SANTI mirrors the chef's centuries-old award-winning restaurant Can Fabes in his hometown of Sant Celoni, Spain.

    Chef Santamaria's cuisine is basic yet sophisticated, guided by a respect for seasonal ingredients, a love of fresh seafood and meticulous attention to flavor. At the tapas bar, guests can choose from two set menus, comprising of four to five sets of exquisite tapas including desserts such as sorbets and rice pudding offering one of the best restaurant dining experiences in Singapore (http://staging.marinabaysands.com/Restaurants/Santi.aspx).

    SANTI's signature Gazpacho, a Spanish tomato-based soup with olive oil and fresh almonds, will refresh the palate with its cooling qualities and crunchy bite. The Octopus Salad is also a winner with its Sofrito sauce, a base of garlic, onion, and tomatoes cooked in olive oil. Another dish to look out for is Quail Escabeche. Cooked to a crisp perfection, the tender meat is served with exquisitely marinated eggplant, offering a burst of flavors with every bite.

    Portions of Iberic Ham, Lomo Iberico (cured pork loin) and cheese are also available in an ala carte menu. No tapas meal is complete without wines and SANTI is no exception. Diners will be offered the complete wine menu that is available in the restaurant.
