The Sunset Bar offers a sumptuous buffet along with spectacular views of the famous Manila Bay sunset, as well as of the exquisite lagoon-shaped swimming pool that Sofitel is famous for. The Sunset BBQ dinner buffet is available every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6:30pm to 11:00 pm, with a rate set at Php 1,688+++ and includes unlimited beer and iced tea or soda. Cultural dances and live band performances are scheduled to add to a wonderful dining experience. On December 23 to 25, 2011, the Sunset BBQ dinner buffet rate is set at Php 2,688+++ with free flowing beer, iced tea and house wine. An upgraded festive BBQ buffet spread has been prepared by Sofitel's multi-awarded executive chef Marko Rankel in celebration of the holidays. Ala-carte menus are also served daily.

And from December 13 to 23, live Christmas carols will be performed by various children's choirs at Le Bar from 6pm to 7pm.
