    Today marks a day that will go down in history as the Brooklyn Navy Yard opened its doors to the public for the first time in 200 years to see their newest addition, the Brooklyn Navy Yard Center.     Mayor Bloomberg and the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation President Andrew Kimball cut the ribbon at Building 92/ Brooklyn Navy Yard Center today and announced the new hiring commitment from the Navy Yard tenants.
